Abstract

This study seeks to shed light on the nature of cloud marketing strategies used by companies in managing customer relations, and their role in rationalizing marketing decisions, completing deals more efficiently,The study confirmed that companies are keen to use a customer relationship management system to maintain customer satisfaction by automating time-consuming tasks. Business entities often do not have the resources to build and maintain the kind of infrastructure needed to run CRM software.
