Employing educational Media Students for Smart Phone Applications and Educational Platforms in the Training and Education Process Within the technology acceptance and use model

Abstract

The study aimed to identify the rate at which educational media students employ smart phone applications in education or training, and the reasons for their employment. Employing educational media students for smart phone applications and educational platforms in the training and learning processes
 the study relied on the student sector in the educational media departments in Egyptian universities. As for the study sample, the researcher chose in his study a sample of 300 respondents from third and fourth year students in the educational media departments at Mansoura and Cairo Universities. The researcher relied on the questionnaire form to achieve the goals of the study. One of the most important results There are no statistically significant differences between educational media students in terms of place of residence and the extent to which they employ smart phones and educational platforms in the education and training processes, as the T value reached (3.207) at a significant level of 0.367. There are statistically significant differences between educational media students in terms of gender (male and female) in The extent to which they employ smart phone applications and educational platforms in the education and training processes, as the T value was (2.317) at a significant level of 0.000, which is a statistically significant difference between males and females in favor of females
There are statistically significant differences between educational media students, the study sample, in terms of type and the degree of benefit from smart phone applications and educational platforms in the fields of training, as the T value reached (3.624) at a significant level of 0.000, which are statistically significant differences.
