The study aimed to identify the effectiveness of using e-learning in supporting the educational process between students and teachers during times of crisis by applying to the Covid-19 crisis pandemic. It consisted of 400 items, A percentage (47.5%) indicated that the e-learning technology contributed to the success of the educational process, then “sometimes” at a rate of (43.5%), The respondents communicated with the professors to inquire about some matters related to the educational process; “Sometimes” with a percentage of (52%), then respondents who communicated “constantly” with a percentage of (45%) came in the second place, and respondents who did not communicate with professors with a percentage of (3%) came in the last rank. My statements “I am able to follow up well and continuously with my teachers” and “I can reveal my weaknesses so that I can treat them” came with a relative weight of (78.3%) at the forefront of the benefits of e-learning regarding communication with professors from the respondents’ point of view, then “I am able to receive their questions well" in second place with a relative weight (75.7%).
