Abstract

This study aims to identify employers’ perceptions about organizational justice and gauge relationship with feelings of job satisfaction. The paper focused on the organizational communication structure internally and externally. The main variables of the research include content of communication messages, communication channels, communication directions, communication networks, and communication strategies. The study encompasses the investment sector and business sector of the Egyptian industry. The results concluded that the relationships between internal communication and job satisfaction have significant indicators that can be traced to improve employer’s satisfaction and to develop organizational communication strategies
