Education based on modern technology is considered one of the key educational strategy in the current era, as new technology offers information and knowledge in simple, easy, and attractive way which influences students positively. In school students participate in different activities especially activities related to media, as it helps them in developing their capabilities in expressing their ideas and opinions This study began by observing that students participating in media activities especially video shooting inside their schools lack the key skills, this paper seeks to measure the effectiveness of designing an animated educational program to teach middle school students the basics of video shooting. This study uses Experimental design on one group of students (20 Students) for one month, it depends on conducting knowledge test to measure their knowledge pre- and post-the experiment, also the researcher depends on observation to assess their skills in shooting. The main results show that animated program positively influence middle school student’s knowledge about video shooting in addition to increasing their skills in shooting
