Abstract

This paper aims to identify the educational media specialist's attitudes towards the profession and to specify their level of motivation towards developing his/ her professional capabilities. The study employs descriptive methods to diagnose relationships between variables in which it conducted survey over 2912 respondents. The main results concluded by this study are: the first hypothesis was proven to be right which assumed that the positive attitude educational media specialists has a positive attitude towards the profession despite the difficulties and problems they face during their performance for media activities. The study also proved the correction of the second hypothesis that which assumed that the educational media specialists has high level of motivation towards developing their professional capabilities.
