Abstract

The media elite constitute an influential social force that cannot be underestimated. They are among the most influential groups in society, and they represent the locomotive that directs the movement of the entire society and are intellectuals in forming their opinions and concepts about public life in its various affairs, and therefore the relationship between them and the media is a close reciprocal relationship, as they are affected by it and influence it.
On the other hand, the category of workers in the tourism sector is an important sector that was affected by the crisis of the Russian plane crash over Sinai. From this standpoint, the problem of the study was to monitor and analyze the views of a sample of the media elite and workers in the tourism sector, to identify their vision of the role of the websites of Arab and foreign television channels in support of Egyptian tourism during the crisis.
