This study focuses on the distorted image of Egypt as a touristic destination after the terrorist attacks that took place in the recent years. The Russian and British aircrafts accidents added complications to the existing tension. In response to this situation, the governmental institutions exerted tremendous efforts to recover the consequences on the financial and economic level of the touristic establishments. On another phase, the ministry of tourism and the national institute of tourism activation focused on setting up strategies to reform the negative points of Egypt image as a touristic destination through reliable communication channels along with employing its official webpage to convey positive and credible message about Egypt.
