Abstract

This paper aims to identify the attitudes of the Egyptian elite towards how the news websites manage the mechanisms of the fourth-generation wars in Egypt.
 The study employs descriptive methods to identify and determine the attitudes of the Egyptian academic and practitioner’s elite towards how the news websites manage the mechanisms of the fourth-generation wars in Egypt.
The paper harnesses the theoretical background of conflict management and moral panic approach.
The main results concluded by this study included that all the paper’s sample are keen on reading about and following up with all the topics that has to do with the fourth-generation wars, 36.4% in a constant manner, 56% sometimes
