Abstract

One of the main objectives of the study is to identify the extent of satisfying the specifications of graduates of public relations and advertising from the Egyptian governmental or private universities for the needs of the Egyptian and regional market.
Depending on the in-depth interviews with academics specialized in public relations and advertising in addition to the officials in Egyptian business organizations the research problem was identified in studying the gap between the specifications of graduates of public relations and advertising from Egyptian universities and the needs of the Egyptian and regional labor market and how to bridge this gap.
 the study aims at surveying the opinion of graduates working in the field and non-workers (who have not yet obtained a job opportunity) in order to identify the gap between the qualifications of the graduates and their cognitive skills, mental skills, professional skills, general skills and needs of the actual job market.
