Abstract

If intolerance is a psychological trend characterized by prejudice in such a way that it causes its owner to think, feel and act towards a certain group in preferred or non-preferred ways, then it is also a learned, learned trend that moves through the factors of socialization. If the school is one of the basic educational institutions in the life of the individual, then school activities are one of the educational means that help the school to fulfill its role and achieve its goals.
In the secondary stage, where the middle and late adolescence, the individual's attitudes begin to become clear and deep, and the role of school media activities in employing the energies of students to support the foundations of dialogue, spread tolerance and confront intolerance.
Therefore, the research problem is determined as follow: "The role of school media activities in confronting intolerance among secondary school students".
