Artificial intelligence technologies are a major factor of change in the way digital media content is produced and audience interact with it, It is a crucial tool for analyzing big data, personalizing content to suit users' preferences, and enhancing audience interactions, Despite the many benefits it offers, there are many challenges facing digital media institutions, The study problem crystallizes into a basic question: How can artificial intelligence technologies affect the future of digital media? The study aimed to present the challenges and opportunities of using artificial intelligence technologies for digital media and to reach scenarios for the future of digital media, The study relied on the survey method to reach the opinions of experts, which amounted to 50 experts in digital media, It relied methodologically on the Delphi method and the scenario writing method, It also relied on the questionnaire tool and the in-depth interview for collecting data. The study reached several results, including that the impact of artificial intelligence of the future of the digital media is largely positive, The results also showed that the most used artificial intelligence technologies in digital media is a big data analysis, The most influential factor on the future of digital media are technical developments, infrastructure and training, and the more significant challenge are the lack of skills and the loss of human jobs, Experts agreed at rate of 82% that the expected scenario of the future of digital media is the optimistic scenario.
