The research aims to prepare a proposed program for digital media Literacy to enhance the safe use of artificial intelligence applications among university youth. This research is based on the quasi-experimental approach that seeks to control the phenomenon and make some changes to some variables related to the subject of the study using the single-group method (pre- and post-). The research was applied to a sample of male and female students from the Computer Teacher Preparation Department and the Educational Media Department at the Faculty of Specific Education, consisting of (60 individuals) divided equally (30) individuals for the Computer Teacher Preparation Department and (30) individuals for the Educational Media Department, the research reached a set of results, the most important of which is the existence of statistically significant differences between the pre- and post-applications on the dimension of the effectiveness of the digital media education program, as the arithmetic mean value in the pre-application reached (1.78), and in the post-application (2.60), and the value of "t" reached (7.59) and the significance level (0.001), and the effectiveness rate of the proposed program reached (0.67). It also showed the existence of statistically significant differences between the pre- and post-applications between the pre- and post-applications on the dimension of the knowledge scale, as the arithmetic mean value in the pre-application reached (1.57), and in the post-application (2.69), and the value of "t" reached (23.69) and the significance level (0.001), and the effectiveness rate of the proposed program reached (0.79)
