Abstract

There are many indicators that indicate the vitality of government agencies, and the most important of these indicators is the “initiatives” that emerge from these bodies, which are helpful in many issues. Those most in need of support in communities are the areas of education and health. Both with regard to moral support and material support, such as providing some necessary needs of food, medicine, and others. These initiatives are a cultural necessity, because they indicate the cooperation and cohesion of government agencies with the various segments and classes of society, and because, on the other hand, they fill gaps that educational and health institutions may not be able to do. Due to material deficiencies, or insufficient attention to these loopholes. The need for government initiatives in the fields of education and health has become an urgent necessity because of their great effectiveness. Those in charge of it have an awareness that prompts them to move for the purpose of public benefit, and not with the intention of performing a job or achieving personal benefits. Therefore, this study aims to monitor the periodic outputs of government initiatives and their role in supporting education and health issues, as well as conveying a realistic picture of the most important of these initiatives, spreading awareness about them, and highlighting their impact in these Arab countries. The population and sample of the study will be: the Arab Republic of Egypt. The survey method will be relied upon because it is one of the most appropriate methods for this research. The interview method and questionnaire form were adopted as tools to collect data from workers in the education and health sectors.
