Elite attitudes towards female influencer cybercrime in tik Tok and a proposal to integrate them into the goal of decent work and the growth of economy.

Abstract

This study addresses elite attitudes towards cybercrime for influencers on TikTok by monitoring the magnitude and causes of the phenomenon , the role of the media in developing consciousness towards it and community integration proposal as an alternative to punishment, to provide legal protection and community acceptance, It aligns with Goal 8 of the Sustainable Development to reduce that phenomenon.
The study used the survey, on, 32 media and academic elites in sociology, Members of the National Council for Women and Legal officers. The in-depth interview was conducted to allow the phenomenon to be addressed in all its aspects. All their responses were then analysed and classified according to the main areas of research, opening the door to non-punitive thinking in certain crimes, especially for adolescents and young people., providing them with a decent and lasting factor and ensuring that they do not return to crime.
- majority of the sample, answered that they were charged with the most serious offences, because the nature of those offences coincided with the difficulty of segregating them
- The majority of the elite agreed on the entitlement of influencers to an alternative to legal punishment. While the consent of some was conditional to the examination of each case, some replied that all influencers should be exempted from legal punishment., by up to 10% (mostly sociology professors), responded to the need for legal punishment, to ensure the protection of the individual and society and to reduce the phenomenon.
