Abstract

The study seeks to determine the role of green marketing strategies in achieving sustainable development and preserving the environment, by revealing the companies’ practice of green marketing and its goal, which lies under the umbrella of social responsibility, in addition to crystallizing the problems facing them, and highlighting proposals to encourage green transformation of Egyptian companies, by applying to Egyptian green companies in the period from 1/17/2022 to 7/10/2022, This study relies on “case study” which branched from the interrelationship study approach, and the interview was used as a tool for data collection, this study concluded several results, there is a correlation between the green marketing strategies that Egyptian companies which rely on and the achievement of sustainable development, where sustainable development is the goal behind the green transformation to preserve the present without having an impact on the future resources, There are also no differences between the difficulties faced by the companies and their field (the nature of their work), the lack of awareness and support are common difficulties in all companies. The study recommended preparing plans to facilitate the green transformation process for companies and consumers.
