The survey and integrative approaches were relied upon, with the use of the discourse analysis tool with its research tools, which are the path of proof, active forces, semantic analysis, and finally, pragmatic analysis.
The study will be based on speech act theory
The analytical study community is determined on a deliberate sample of the speeches associated with the President of the Republic, in which the President focused on social issues, "the social dimension of sustainable development", during the year 2021.
The presidential speech used direct and indirect verbal verbs in constructing sentences, which in turn contributed to enriching the presidential discourse with linguistic methods, by linking the words and meanings of the speech in their deliberative contexts.
The presidential speech relied on the use of a special language based on simplicity, clarity, brevity, and repetition, while containing ideas that include influential decisions in its content, which shows the president's keenness to address all segments of society.
