Abstract

The study aims to identify the adoption standards of public relations practioners’ usage of whatsapp in the governmental services institutions in light of Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology, applying to an available sample of 225.
The study reached many results, the most important of which were:
The expected performance of WhatsApp usage in the Egyptian and Bahraini government services institutions came as a result of adopting the program's usage for work purposes and achieving job performance benefits or achieving the goals of institutions.
The usage of WhatsApp by top management and colleagues at work is considered one of the most important factors affecting the adoption of its usage for work purposes, so that public relations practitioners are acceptable among thier colleagues to adopt the usage of Whatsapp in work purpeses.
The behavioral intention is one of the most important indicators indicating the actual usage of WhatsApp for work purposes, and the behavioral intention affects the experiences of public relations practitioners in using modern technology for work purposes.
The results of hypothesis test revealed that there is a statistically significant correlation between the expected performance of respondents from using WhatsApp for work purposes and anxiety and stress.
